Rhubarb and Chilli Relish
Rhubarb is grown and processed on our farm at Hampton.
This relishis a little bit spicy, enough to tickle your tastebuds.
Goes great with roastpork, on a hot corn cob,
stirred through pasta or drizzle over cream cheese
and use as a dip with biscuits.
